Article One - Introduction and Definitions
The above introduction is an integral part of this Agreement. Below you will find the meanings and definitions of the main terms used in this Agreement:

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations
Upon applying to join the membership of (Niche-Tastic Scents) as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a user name and a secret password to be used when accessing the (Niche-Tastic Scents) services. In doing so, you agree to:
1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify Niche-Tastic Scents immediately of any unauthorized use of your Niche-Tastic Scents account information or any other breach of security.
2. Niche Tastic Scents will not be liable in any way for any loss that may be incurred by you directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of disclosing your username or password information.
3. You are committed to using your account or membership with (Niche-Tastic Scents) yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and in the event that someone else uses it, this is evidence that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and on your behalf.
4. You agree that when using Niche Tastic Scents, you will use it seriously and honestly.
5. You undertake to disclose true, correct, current, complete and lawful information about yourself as required during registration with (Niche Tastic Scents) and you undertake to update your data in the event of a change in reality or if necessary.
6. Niche Tastic Scents is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.
7. If Niche-Tastic Scents finds that you have disclosed information that is false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of the Terms of Use, Niche-Tastic Scents has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, or account on the platform, without prejudice to Niche-Tastic Scents’ other rights and legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting other users.
8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the management of (Nish Tasty Scents) has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership or block you from accessing (Nish Tasty Scents) services again.
Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication
1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication shall be via the email registered on the platform.
2. The User agrees that all agreements, notices, statements and other communications provided to him electronically are equivalent to their written counterparts and are self-contained evidence in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
3. The user agrees that he may be contacted and notified of any provisions relating to this agreement or dealings with him by the management of (Nish Tastic Scents) by broadcasting general messages to all users or to specific users of (Nish Tastic Scents).
Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees
1. Niche Tastic Scents may notify you of any amendment to this Agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this Agreement, whereby your obligations are multiplied or your rights are diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to this Agreement.
2. In the event of an objection to any amendment to the Terms of Use, Niche-Tastic Scents hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in Niche-Tastic Scents or your use of Niche-Tastic Scents constitutes your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete consent, negating ignorance, and Niche-Tastic Scents accepts discussion of any proposal regarding these provisions.
3. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform, in addition to any other expenses added by (Nish-tastic Scents), provided that payment is made through the approved, specified and available means through (Nish-tastic Scents).
4. Niche Tastic Scents may charge some users fees depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
5. Niche Tastic Scents reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and conditions of the User Agreement, for any user, regardless of the reason for their registration.
Article 8 - Payment and settlement services for stores in (Niche-tastic Scents)
1. Niche-tastic Scents provides, through its partners, the payment and settlement system in Niche-tastic Scents. It can be done entirely online through the payment options available on Niche-tastic Scents or through any payment method provided by Niche-tastic Scents from time to time.
2. Niche Tastic Scents is committed to setting the price of the service or product it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.
3. Niche-Tastic Scents is committed to providing invoices, receipts and receipts for all amounts and profits generated in the store, and is committed to giving the user an invoice for his purchase of a Niche-Tastic Scents service or product.
4. Niche Tastic Scents is committed to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in its online store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and for the legal, economic, commercial and organizational interests in this organization.
Article Nine - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information
1. The user acknowledges that he grants (Nich Tasty Scents) an unlimited, global, permanent, irrevocable, free of charge, and licensed right to use personal or other information or materials provided or supplied by (Nich Tasty Scents) or announced on the platform by joining or using it, through the forms designated for communication and registration, or via any electronic message or any of the communication channels available on the platform. This is for the purpose of achieving any of the interests that the platform deems appropriate.
2. The provisions of confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the “Privacy and Confidentiality Policy” of (Nichtastic Scents), and to the provisions of this agreement related to confidentiality of information.
Article 10 - Intellectual Property
1. The intellectual property rights of Niche-Tastic Scents are rights owned by Niche-Tastic Scents in full, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
2. The User or Consumer respects the intellectual property rights of (Nichtastic Scents), which includes (Nichtastic Scents) itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of (Nichtastic Scents) or displayed on (Nichtastic Scents), as (Nichtastic Scents), and every right belonging to (Nichtastic Scents), are rights owned entirely by (Nichtastic Scents) intellectual property.
Article 11 - Responsibility (Niche Tastic Scents)

Article Twelve - Privacy and Confidentiality of Information
1. Niche Tastic Scents takes measures (physical, organizational and technical) to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to and storage of users' personal information.
2. You, as a user, acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through (Niche Tastic Scents).
3. (Niche Tastic Scents) has no control over the actions of any third party, or others, such as other web pages linked by links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
4. Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership
Niche Tastic Scents may suspend or terminate a User's membership or restrict a User's access to the Platform Services at any time without notice and for any reason, without limitation.
Article Fourteen - Applicable Law or Regulation
This User Agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force and in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article 15 - General Provisions
1. The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating it into another language.
2. All prices displayed for Niche-Tastic Scents services or products may be modified from time to time.
3. The promotional or marketing offers that Niche-Tastic Scents may place are temporary offers, as Niche-Tastic Scents has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4. The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the dealings between (Nish Tasty Scents) and the user.
5. This User Agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the management of (Nish Tastic Scents).
