Bakhroosh bin Alas (may Allah have mercy on him), the fearless prince, was one of the most prominent military leaders who stood against invading campaigns in the Arabian Peninsula during the First Saudi State in the early 19th century.
Known as the Tiger of Arabia, Bakhroosh was a symbol of bravery, strength, determination, and unwavering loyalty to both the cause and the state.
He was the emir of his tribe from the Zahran people. His fortress—Qal’at Bakhroosh bin Alas—served as both his residence and military headquarters, a stronghold and historic landmark of the battles he led under the banner of the First Saudi State.
